What:

  • Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition for Girls.
  • Girls from secondary schools across the UK are invited to take part in a competition sponsored by business giants Rolls-Royce, EDF Energy and PepsiCo.
  • You could win £1,000, a mentor in engineering and the chance to showcase your entry to thousands of people at the Big Bang Fair 2017 in Birmingham.

When:

  • This competition has now closed but should return later on in the year.

How:

  • The judges will be looking for innovation and creativity.
  • Enter as an individual or in a group (up to 6).
  • Enter independently or through your school.
  • Entries can take a range of forms, from videos and websites, to posters and reports.
  • Submit your entry online, via the website.
