What:

  • Gap Year Commission with the British Army.
  • After just 8 weeks of training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, you will achieve the rank of Second Lieutenant, with the opportunity to command some of the finest soldiers in the world.

When:

  • Apply now for next year’s course.

How:

  • A few rules:
    • You must be 18 by the time you plan to start the scheme (1st August).
    • You should be about to start your final year at school.
    • You must already have a confirmed offer of a deferred university place.
    • You must be predicted to get 180 UCAS points (or equivalent) and have 35 ALIS points, including a C or above in English language, maths and a science or foreign language).
